How we handle exterior painting
Exterior paint fails from the bottom up, so prep matters more outside than in. We wash surfaces, scrape loose paint, sand rough edges, and replace failed caulk around windows and trim. Bare wood gets primed so the topcoat bonds and lasts.
Many metro homes are brick with painted trim, fascia, soffits, and garage doors. Those painted parts take the most sun and fade first. We can refresh just the trim and doors, or paint the whole house if it has wood, fiber cement, or vinyl-safe siding.
We watch the weather and plan around it. Paint needs the right temperature and dry conditions to cure well, so we schedule exterior work for good days and protect plants, walkways, and cars while we work.
